Title: Once a Good Girl
Author: Wendy Marcus
Genre: Medical Romance
Why Once a Good Girl is a Red Hot Read: I recently read me friend’s, Wendy Marcus’s, debut book and so enjoyed it. I can’t tell you how wonderful it is to fall in love with a friend’s work. It just makes me feel like all is right in the universe. Once a Good Girl is both a reunion and hidden baby story, but don’t let that fool you into thinking it’s the same ole-same ole. Wendy’s characters, a heroine with a good girl complex and a bad boy hero turned good guy, are what really made this story shine for me. Their son and the hero’s therapy dog were just icing on the cake!

Today is National Peach Cobbler Day. Yes, I know we celebrated that a while back as a substitute for Black Forest Cake Day, but peach cobbler is yummy enough to celebrate everyday. If you don’t want to mess with making your own, I hear Marie Callendar does a decent job, and that’s as close as your nearest grocery store freezer!
