I have a confession. I am a Contemporary Romance Series addict! I can’t help it. I get so invested in all the characters of my favorite books that I just don’t want to let them go. Add in the mix a small town with tons of great quirky characters with a bit of spicy romance and I’m hooked. The best way to stay in touch is to read the next book! The first series I read was The Gansett Island series by Marie Force. Marie Force’s heroes are strong, passionate, caring men who melt just a little when the women they fall for are anywhere around.
When I ran out of Gansett Island books to read I went searching for something similar. So if you love Marie Force as much as I do I think you will really enjoy …..
Jessie Evans 
Jessie’s writing style is fun and fast paced while being filled with emotion and humor. I was hooked from the very beginning of her book.
Jessie currently has a couple of series that feed my addiction. First, Always A Bridesmaid Series. A 5 book series set in the small town of Summerville, GA. Her second series, which is really a continuation of the first, is also set in Summerville is a 6 book series, Fire and Icing.
Violet Duke
I so enjoy stories with a bit a family angst intertwined in the story. Well, Violet definitely has that in her Nice Guy to Love series. This is her 4 book series that takes all sorts of twists and turns before everyone finds their happily ever after.
Violet has also just released Love, Chocolate and Beer, her fantastic new book set in the quirky town of Cactus Creek.
Lori Ryan 
While not necessarily set in a small town, Lori Ryan’s Sutton Capital is one of my favorites. Lori’s stories have that easy flow that I find so appealing. Her characters are all loyal devoted friends who would put everything on the line for each other. Add in a bit of mystery and suspense and we have a great read!
Lori’s latest release, Ever Hopeful, is an amazing start to a brand new series set in a small town in Texas. It promises to be as great a series as the first.
