I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday rather than reading blogs. But if you’re playing with your new iPad or Kindle Fire, I can forgive you for trolling the internet. Brain Candy will be on vacation this week, unless I’m ultra-motivated to post pictures of snow from some incredibly cold place in California.

Today is obviously Christmas, but it’s also National Pumpkin Pie Day. So even if you don’t celebrate Christmas, you have something to be joyful about, unless, of course, you don’t like pumpkin. Then you’re on your own!
